Here are some frequently asked questions we get all the time:

Q- When I make a reservation for an airport pickup, how will I find my
driver?   

A- This is the most common question we get. If you have a "Curbside"
pickup arranged, just call us when you have your baggage and step
outside the arrivals door on the baggage claim level of the airport. If you
have a "Baggage Claim Meet", one of our drivers will greet you at your
baggage claim area holding a sign with your name on it.


Q- Do you have a cancellation policy?

A- Yes we do. Cancellations after the minimum time period or no-shows will
be charged full reserved fare plus standard gratuity.

Limousines:

Holidays & Special Occasions (New Years, Prom, etc..)- 7
Days
Weekends (Fri-Sun)- 7
Days
Weekdays (Mon-Thur)- 4
8 Hours

Town Cars:
Weekends and special occasions- 24 Hours
Weekdays- 8 Hours


Q- When will I be charged and can I pay with cash?

A- You will only be charged when our services to you are complete. You
can pay cash or use a different credit card when the services are complete,
however we require a credit card when making a reservation. This is for
security & liability purposes.


Q- How does your gratuity policy work? Am I forced to pay gratuity? What if
there is a problem?

A- On all limo reservations, a 20% gratuity will be added automatically will
services are completed
unless directed otherwise. While not mandatory,
gratuity is added using a customary rate for the industry. Chauffeurs in the
industry count on happy customers to provide a reasonable gratuity for
good or even great service.
If there is a problem, please let us know and
we will compensate for any reasonable issues you may have.
On the other
hand, our chauffeurs often go out of their way to deliver superior service
and are often praised with a higher than normal gratuity > 25%.


Q- I have never reserved a limo or towncar before, can you give me some
advice?

Q- When I make a reservation, am I guaranteed to pay the same price
quoted to me?

A- Yes, with one exception. The only reason you would ever pay a higher
or lower price than quoted would be if you decided to use our services for a
longer or shorter period of time. We only charge you the straight hourly or
point to point rate you were quoted. Unlike many other limousine and
towncar companies, we don't add a numerous list of fees and surcharges
like
service taxes, administrative fees,late night or early morning pickup
extra charges and even baggage claim meets. When you pay good money
for quality service, you shouldn't be surprised with hidden charges. At
Cascade Car, these are standards that are included in our basic rates.


Q- Does Cascade Car only cover the Seattle region?

A- Cascade Car serves primarily the greater Puget Sound, from Olympia to
Everett. We also provide services outside the area like Portland, OR and
Vancouver, BC on advanced request.
